Refund policy
Once orders placed, we cannot cancel them.
• In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
• In the case of returns of damaged product, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• A nominal cost of Rs 150 is charged for the reverse shipment.
